Fox Den Theatre Company is proud to present our next production, an original adaptation of Sophocles’s Oedipus, Oedipus the Tyrant.

In this modern retelling of the classic story, Thebes is a country in turmoil. With the new king having suddenly risen to power, the people of Thebes are increasingly discontent. Obsessed with discovering what is poisoning their subjects against them, Oedipus is willing to give up anything, sink to any low, to recover the lost greatness of Thebes.
